I love everything about Freedom Wellness Muskoka. The yoga, Crystal Bowls & Guided Meditation, 9D Breathwork Classes, Rieke, I really love the energy in the studio frequently I arrive early and bask in the clear space. I am always warmly welcomed by participants and Melanie! Great environment!
I decided to try something new for my next level of care. Freedom Wellness Muskoka was recommended by a friend which I am grateful for. I already feel stronger and my skin is already looking better after 4 session of the Ion Food Detox. Melanie spends the time listening, adding extra advice and going the extra mile to make sure you can get any extra product you may need, which I value so much. We are so lucky to have Freedom Wellness Muskoka so close to us.
I was honestly a little sceptical at first, but I decided to try a session when I developed a very painful knot in my upper back near my scapula area. The discomfort was intense and even made me feel nauseous. After the treatment, the tension eased significantly and I felt immediate relief. It was such a positive experience, my pain has diminished substantially. Thank you Mel. I needed this!
I am new to yoga, I found Freedom Wellness via a google search. I’m so happy I did. Melanie is awesome, very friendly, compassionate & welcoming. Her yoga teachings are not only relaxing but soulful. I have also done the Ion Foot Detox. Highly recommend trying it & a yoga class, you won’t regret it.
At the age of 66 loosing my father in a very difficult way and my caregiving over I was beyond lost. I reached out to Freedom Wellness as I needed all the help I could get. It has been a very emotional roller coaster but Mel has had my back the entire way and I am making huge steps. It certainly is not an overnight fix it’s a commitment and a journey.
