At the age of 66 loosing my father in a very difficult way and my caregiving over I was beyond lost. I reached out to Freedom Wellness as I needed all the help I could get. I go to Freedom Wellness for the yoga classes during the weekday evenings. The classes are small, comfortable and quaint. The studio has a warm vibe, is very clean and all the instructors are great! She offers many types of different classes as well. I also had a Reiki session recently with the owner, Mel and it was a profound experience. Mel is a special healer, with a warm energy and a lot of love. She uses crystals and palm touch, which I found effective. If you are reading this review, and considering coming to wellness - shut down what you’re doing and call right now. You deserve this kind of self care it’s good for the soul. You will not regret coming here- I have done the foot bath with disgusting results - and my first reiki session was last week and I’m still ridding the high.
