Melanie is such a kind, caring and positive influence. She leads her yoga sessions with such infectious joy, and monitors and adapts each pose to suit the level of each individual. Her encouragement and positive energy leave you feeling incredible.
Melanie is so, nice. Very knowledgeable. I did the ion foot detox.I have so, much energy. She explain things as the session processes. I'm now trying frequency healing. I have noticed my pain is less. So, glad I have found freedom wellness Muskoka.
Recently I visited Melanie at Freedom Wellness Muskoka. I had two partial knee replacements in the last year and having a lot of issues with my recovery! I had a session of the ion foot detox, while I was having that treatment Melanie did frequency healing on both my knees which were very swollen and both had water retaining below bursitis and a bakers cyst. This team was very last minute able to provide a beautiful and relaxing private yoga class for my friends and I at our cottage! Kara was a fantastic teacher and we are so thankful they were able to accomodate us!
I love all the services Mel has to offer!! Her yoga is caring, empowering and supportive, the ion foot detox revealed how much I need to change my eating habits and what supplements I need in order to be healthier.
