Very bad customer service! We bought a bookcase at Freedom Furniture and was told by this staff that it was an online sale. Isn’t most things online nowadays? We were NOT warned that they have nothing to do with the delivery although we paid full price for delivery. The courier was Allied Couriers and we received a message that they are not going inside the house to put the bookcase in.
