Came in to buy a coffee table and entertainment unit but unfortunately will not be buying from here as the experience was just horrible. Vicky is quite possibly the rudest sales person I've ever come across. We asked for a discount on an item that was discontinued floor stock and she was flat out rude, blunt, argumentative and told us they don't "do charity". Absolutely disgusting service. I've never felt so insulted. If you want to argue with customers maybe don't work in sales.

We have spent so much money at this store when we bought our coffee table, wall decor and more.. then our wall decor that was obviously very cheaply made fell from our wall, damaged our wall and skirting board and smashed our frame. We came into the store to see if there was anything that could be done for a replacement. And was met with the worst unhelpful, unfriendly and rude customer service. Did not offer a single ounce of help. We asked if it could be replaced. No. Can it be discounted if we buy a new one. No. Can they ... read more

Recently had a terrible experience with Freedom Warrawong. The bedside table we purchased was discoloured after less than two months of use. Our claim for a replacement was rejected and we were told that we should move the items around on top of the bedside to “even out the colour.” What a joke! We appealed to both Freedom Warranty and the store manager but were ignored. We won’t be shopping there again!
