We purchased the Layla king bed frame, 2 months out if warranty the bed supports snapped due to cheap laminated timber, this also pulled the fixing points out of the head board rendering the whole frame as scrap. Approved warranty claim which was then Declined as we disposed of the broken parts. Really disapointing on compassionate grounds given we have a 4 week old baby, my wife and I are now sleeping on the floor. Terrible from a large reputable company who still have the bed in stock for possible replacement parts.

What an amazing experience, Mary, at Warrawaong, is absolutely fantastic. We spent 10k, we originally went in to do a click and collect for our daughter! Honestly, we have our own businesses, and I wish we had 50 Mary’s! And the chap in click and collect, fantastic too. Sunday 5th October..
