My husband and I, along with our 2 young children went into Freedom on Sunday the 15th ofJune. We were shopping for a coffee table and TV entertainment unit, and settled on the YAMBA coffee table and entertainment unit. Vicky rudely said, "there are 3 left in stock but they're selling so you'll probably miss out anyway" (I am unsure why she felt the need to make such a remark considering we were there to purchase one on the spot). We purchased the Layla king bed frame, 2 months out if warranty the bed supports snapped due to cheap laminated timber, this also pulled the fixing points out of the head board rendering the whole frame as scrap. Approved warranty claim which was then Declined as we disposed of the broken parts. Really disapointing on compassionate grounds given we have a 4 week old baby, my wife and I are now sleeping on the floor. Terrible from a large reputable company who still have the bed in stock for possible replacement parts.
Always my favourite team at the warehouse. Best friendliest caring bunch of guys. Cleanest most organised freedom warehouse i have seen and known
