Lots of amenities, services available in house, local shopping, casino and restaurants nearby, elevators, garbage disposal/shute, gym, cafeteria, dining room, events, library, patio and outdoor activities, secure and safe building and spotless. The seniors here love it and what the community has to offer. I just don’t understand people, but to be more specific, Kathy! She signed up for a job to work with the elderly, and treat them horrible. It cost nothing to be kind. Most of these people probably don’t have family, and she is RUDE. The facilities are not kept up and if you’re having an issue, she doesn’t handle it right away. She just throws it under the rug! If you don’t like dealing with elders, find you another job, please & thank you!!!!!
Kathy is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, poor customer service worker ever. I’ve never witnessed a nasty rude attitude like hers in a place of business!
I really love Freedom Village, the management makes point of keeping up the buildings cleanliness and upkeep most of the residents are froendly and they have sctivies .Noe the assistant manager can be well,,,, a little short at times but not always.This is a nice place to live.
