Bought a RAZ vape. It was working when I used it at the store. 2 hours later the device isn’t working it’s just pulling air and no smoke so I took it back. It still had the mouth piece and screen protector because I literally just bought it and all the guy tells me is that I’m out of luck can’t replace or get a refund so I paid $24 for nothing won’t ever be coming back to this store.
Unprofessional
Purchased a disposable vape from here a couple days ago, opened the box and the product and it had no sealed packing or the plastic coating, or the mouth peice plug and has clearly been used because it has teeth marks. Tried contacting the store several times and have not gotten any response.
