Worst experience in my 7 years as a carrier. The brokers didnt check their adresses, both were wrong. 4+ hrs detention both sides The load was OD and they said its legal. The driver saved their crane money just to get reported on freightguard afterwards. Josh, Charles, and their manager Moe

This is possibly the worst experience that i have had with a broker since being in this industry. The broker is extremly rude and unprofessional. I am appalled on how the company hires people like him. I do not want to share on this form the details but i have a recording that i am willing to share to show the interaction that occured. I just hope someone reaches out to me, as I do not want to judge the entire company (Freedom Trans) based on one person. They canceled the load because they found someone cheaper! They are taking advantage from the trucking companies.

Bad company first they lie the pick up address was 200 miles when they told me 80 miles also drop Destination was another lie, make me pay lumper plus washout. Also I have to brake my elog and they don't answer the phone to talk to me.
