DO NOT BOOK WITH FREEDOM TRANS USA – DISHONEST BROKERS! I strongly advise all carriers to stay away from Freedom Trans USA and specifically Josh Navarro. We booked a load under the impression that it was a standard delivery. However, it turned out the delivery was strictly by appointment only, and the appointment was set for 7:00 PM. I have called this company three times trying to get a hold of their safety department and all I do is get hung up on. The driver of number 9977 damn near took the front end of my van off because he run up on somebody and didn't have time to slow down before hitting him instead he whips over in front of me almost taking my front end off. I drove for over 20 years have over a million miles on my butt not once did I ever drive like this and I have a clean driving record. WE HAVE DID A SHIPMENT WITH FREEDOM TRANS IN JULY AND THEY HAVE PAID US AFTER 65 DAYS WITH THE DEDUCTION OF $500 broker name moe sanchez he eat my money we delivered on time .i donated him $500 for his children,wife .God will give us more then $500 .

I was talking one of there broker named ted he was replying fast when i asked him to book load then he took 5 minutes to reply me very poor communication service
