Can’t fault the staff at Freedom in Toowoomba. My Husband and I were after a new couch for our new home - unfortunately we had some size restrictions due to the space. Both Mel & Maddie went above and beyond to get a couch to fit the space beautifully. Mel even did us up lots of custom drawings & sent them via email, of our space and all our options that would fit. We will be back in the future for any other furniture needs. Thanks again Mel & Maddie

I took a photo of a print and the price tag to show my husband. I did get permission to take the photo and phoned back later to say that I'd be in the next day. On returning I was told that the ticketed price was incorrect and I'd have to pay the extra. I said that I refused to pay the "correct" amount (an extra $100.00. I was told that company was within it's rights to do so. I've worked in retail for years and that law is new to me. Never in all my years of shopping have I had the misfortune of being served by a shop assistant who obviously has never been trained how to give the customer a seamless experience in Freedom Toowoomba. I called into Freedom Toowoomba hoping to get an update on my replacement Office chair. I was asked for my name & mobile number which I gave her, to be told I would need to sign for my replacement chair.
