I took a photo of a print and the price tag to show my husband. I did get permission to take the photo and phoned back later to say that I'd be in the next day. On returning I was told that the ticketed price was incorrect and I'd have to pay the extra. I said that I refused to pay the "correct" amount (an extra $100.00. I was told that company was within it's rights to do so. I've worked in retail for years and that law is new to me. Never in all my years of shopping have I had the misfortune of being served by a shop assistant who obviously has never been trained how to give the customer a seamless experience in Freedom Toowoomba. I called into Freedom Toowoomba hoping to get an update on my replacement Office chair. I only ever come on google reviews to give positive reviews however I can’t go past the disappointing experience we had at this store today. We came in (after driving a long distance from a rural town with a one year old) to purchase counter stools, spending time in store to pick the perfect one and as we got to the front counter they changed the price of the item.
