On closing day, Curt Spraybeary assured us that his office would be in touch with us regarding our homestead exemption, that there was nothing to be done on closing day. He told us multiple times that they would be in touch with us if we needed to do anything. Long story short, we lost our homestead exemption for the year. I just recently had the opportunity to close the refinance of my Mortgage loan with Freedom. I was AMAZED with the entire experience! Curt Sprabeary, my Escrow Officer and Kirsten Nack, his Escrow Assistant were the absolute best I've ever work with. They both went above and beyond to make this happen on time in spite of several problems that occurred at the last minute! I highly recommend them for any Title work you may need in the future!
