Great service. Down to earth, hardworking people.
I had used them for years but unfortunately they are no longer reliable. I spoke with them on the phone they told me to drop the w2 in email would call me when ready that was feb 16th. I never heard back I called after 3 weeks and they said they were running behind but saw my emails there. Now it March 20th I call they say that they dont have the emails that they only have my proofs from last year. I check my sent emails and mine all say sent and are this years forms. Was happy with them for years, but this year they've had my taxes for over a month, and won't let me know the status. In years past, they call and have it filed within a week of receiving. I hope it's not new owner/Mgt. ** I will say that Jenni called and was concerned, and had my return done within a day after my complaint.**
