Used the services here going on 4 years now. Second year in a row with poor service. I get it that tax season is very busy for the people in this field but it is crucial to pay attention to detail. Especially with numbers! Had an amended tax refund from last year of $539 and the IRS shows nothing on file for tax year 2024. Followed up via phone call, email and in person.
