Well to start with they filed my taxes with a check stub in which they were not supposed to do I later found out and they charge 600 something dollars to do your taxes it's like highway robbery that's that took almost like my whole refund and they still never even followed up with me on finalizing my taxes I've still yet to receive a refund
VERY RUDE. I called and she got mad when I asked was it more than 60-70 dollars and then hung up on me while i was mid sentence
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE IS VERY MONEY HUNGRY AND BAD AT COMMUNICATING WITH HER CLIENTS.
