I've just purchased a piece of art work from freedom 🙌 can't wait for it to arrive! Mary was amazing helping us customer service was 10/10 thank you we will be returning!
Mary was an amazing help today when purchasing a new mattress. I waited a short amount of time because the other shop assistants were busy. Mary came to help at her earliest convenience and was knowledgeable about the products. She helped me with my tight delivery schedule and was warm and friendly. Would definitely go back to Freedom
Terrible service. Visited the store on two occasions, first visit not one single acknowledgement from any of the staff and the second visit a week later was the same experience. Stood at the counter for an extended period of time with no acknowledgement and when I was finally served, it seemed little a hassle to find out about a product I was enquiring about. Definitely won’t be spending my money at this store and will be looking elsewhere.
Very helpful staff members and beautiful range of products. This time, I purchased an unusual earthen ware dinner set. Just before Christmas, I bought placemats. Very tempted to buy a coffee table as there are some lovely carved timber options.
