I ordered my dining table over a month ago, it came broken. Endless emails, generic replies, it is like pulling teeth trying to get this sorted out. Freedom are a joke, I am so over waiting. Freedom Furniture Maroochydore advised us throughout the renovation of our newly purchased apartment some 7 plus years ago. They worked with our project manager to achieve a stunning result for our new home using, where possible, items from their store and where not, from third parties. Sorrento Modular Sofa – $4,319, delivered Dec 2022. After only 2.5 years of light use, the leather is peeling in multiple areas despite using the recommended cleaning products. Freedom refused to remedy the issue, calling it “normal wear and tear” for aniline leather—which was never disclosed at purchase. Very disappointing quality and service for a premium-priced lounge. I’m blown away with the care, patience and friendliness of Danielle at Freedom Maroochydore. It’s made buying for our new house enjoyable dealing with her on multiple locations and I’m so thankful she works there! I’d highly recommend asking for her as she’s a GEM!!
Walked in to the store today to purchase a dinning room table, 8 chairs and possibly an outdoor lounge. Nobody greeted me, acknowledged me even though the staff were not with customers. I waited at the front counter to be served and still nobody would help me, a lady went behind the counter and grabbed some paper and still didn’t even acknowledge me, a customer who was behind me and had just walked in the store was served by another lady whilst I still stood there waiting.
