Pretty disappointed at the call centre not being in Australia. Took a long time to tell me where my curtains are and if they're in store. Probably because they need to actually call the store to find out. Why can't we just connect to the store we are after instead of a call centre? So frustrated I hung up.

I worked in customer service and that was shocking ! Came in to look for curtains the store is completely empty meaning staff will be able to help … and I needed to look for them and once I had someone attending me … she didn’t care at all of my needs ! Very disappointed of the service given

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Absolutely disgusting service from Freedom Australia. I ordered a table and it was damaged on delivery. The packaging had been completely destroyed, and the tabletop was scratched and damaged. I agreed to keep the table at a discounted price, and I am still waiting to receive the voucher that was promised over a month later. No one can help me on the phone or respond to my emails. I ordered two side tables from Freedom Southport and was told there would be a five-week wait — at the time, that was manageable. Just two days after placing the order, I had an unexpected Airbnb booking come through, which meant I could no longer wait that long. I called to cancel the order a few days later, only to be told I’d be charged a 35% cancellation fee, even though it had only been a couple of days and the items clearly hadn’t shipped or been custom-made. The team in store were helpful. However, our experience afterwards has been anything but. After getting a quote we paid for the order and 5 days later still hadn’t heard anything, upon calling the team said they had payment troubles on that particular day, although didn’t contact customers regarding this. When investigating myself, the person we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. Still no word on our order or delivery time frame 5 days after payment was made.
