The Most Frustrating Furniture Purchase Ever! II ordered two coffee tables worth over $1,500 from the South Wharf store four months ago, and the delivery has been constantly delayed — first August, then September, and now October. If I could give 0 stars I would. the professionalism at this place is sub par at best. We ordered thousands of dollars worth of furniture from the Docklands store. We were told that delivery from Docklands to ours was $250. Because we are close enough I mentioned I would pick it up and save the $250. When our furniture arrived we told we then had to pick from Dandenong. Went in yesterday to look at sofas and mattresses. Matt helped whilst we were in there, he was an absolute legend. Super helpful and friendly, made it a 10/10 experience for us and we walked away with a new garden furniture set. Thanks Matt!
Purchased a rug from this store 1 week ago, and the store promised they can deliver the rug within 2-3 business days. 7 days have passed, and still no rug. Called today and the store said they didn’t pick up the rug from the warehouse. Now they arrange the warehouse pickup in 2-3 business days, and after the warehouse is another 2-3 business days until it can be delivered. I suspect the rug will be delayed again.
