Not sure if the issue with the delivery service or Freedom - the things sent through Aus Post arrived no problem. When I called Freedom South Wharf to sort it out the people on the phone were very unhelpful and upset me a lot. They insisted the failed delivery was all my fault even though I was home and the driver never rang my doorbell. They never left me a card (or the card was lost) and they never contacted me to make a new delivery. I couldn’t recommend this store more, best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The two gentlemen who helped me were kind and knowledgeable, and showed my options without being overly pushy. As well as this the store had some great deals on some quality furniture. I will absolutely come back! Thank you FF South Wharf.
Found a sofa here unfortunately the manager refused to sell it to me because i live in an apartment. Didnt even checked the measurements of my building. Ive bought items from them before and I know they give a paper for you to fill out, for them to check if theyre able to fit the items in to apartment buildings. They just flat out refused. :(
