Excellent from start to finish! Hard working, and left it tidy, with a working toilet every night. It is now a safe and accessible bathroom for my husband - 💯
Harry arrived on time and conducted a survey of my bathroom to install one of Freedom Showers. He was very pleasant and gave me sound advice as to where the shower could be fitted. Harry and JJ arrived 8:15am on the date previously arranged, they both worked very hard and never stopped. I was absolutely thrilled to bits with the quality of the shower and the workmanship. I was given clear instructions as to how work the shower before they left. I would highly recommend Freedom Showers for the quality and price of the shower.
Tony visited mum and went through all the options for her to take out her bath and replace it with a Liberty Shower Unit. He explained how everything would happen to facilitate this transformation in a day. Mum agreed and the date was set. The 'team' arrived on the day on time and set to work. They covered the hall stairs and landing to minimise mess. They consulted mum on height of shower handles etc all the way through and were efficient, kind and considerate. This company issooo professional from initial contact with Tony to the guys who fitted it harry and JJ brilliant and soooo reasonably priced the best would highly recommend
Outstanding service from start to finish. I would recommend without hesitation. Patient, polite, considered advice and super communication throughout. We had a walk in mobility shower installed and bath removed. It is exactly what we had hoped for. Harry and JJ (installers) are first class on every level.
