Great store if you’re looking for good quality modern furniture and accessories… the staff are super friendly and helpful.. shoutout to Kristy who was absolutely lovely and knew her stuff…
shoppers beware: Freedom furniture imports cheap stuff from China, and when the problem due to its poor quality arises, they say: not our problem, denying warranty claim. An Aspect sofa that I bought had so little filling in the backrest, that they lost their shape almost immediately. When I took the issue back to Freedom Furniture, they said: fluff it up (every day) - not our problem
We purchased a Sorrento sofa three years ago and within six months it was experiencing excessive pilling. Not the couple of little balls you get on a jumper…. I’m talking entire couch covered in little balls and looked revolting. I was told that this was not covered with the warranty despite purchasing the extra protection, and to just get a fabric shaver and shave it off and then the issue would go away after it was initially worn in.
