5 stars to Nick and Mackenzie who helped me both in-store and on the phone on separate occasions. Also, every time I walk in, I am greeted promptly and politely and the rest of the team are also so helpful. So happy to live around the corner and everything I've purchased thus far looks fantastic and is of great quality.
Kristen and Dean helped us choose our new mattress and bed, and they also found us a great deal. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We really appreciated all the time and effort they put into helping us, and they made the experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you both for the excellent service!
Ive been having trouble with my curtain tracks (I havent been the greatest in measuring my dimensions), but freedom richmond has been sooo helpful! I thought I was being so annoying with all my requests and questions but the team was so lovely and goes above and beyond to help you out, Nick even walked me to my car. also I LOVE the curtains and the quality of it! super happy
