Kristen and Dean helped us choose our new mattress and bed, and they also found us a great deal. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We really appreciated all the time and effort they put into helping us, and they made the experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you both for the excellent service!
Ive been having trouble with my curtain tracks (I havent been the greatest in measuring my dimensions), but freedom richmond has been sooo helpful! I thought I was being so annoying with all my requests and questions but the team was so lovely and goes above and beyond to help you out, Nick even walked me to my car. also I LOVE the curtains and the quality of it! super happy

Good range, but lead time is long (~8-12 weeks) Special shout out to Chris who was amazing and helped us in trying find a couch that would fit our space.
My husband and I came it to get a couch and were greeted by Remona. She helped us try out couches that would fit our space and was never pushy. She gave us all the information we needed and gave us the space to make our choice. Genuinely couldn’t recommend the experience more. Thank you again, Remona! We can’t wait for our yellow couch to arrive.
