Bought some condiments bowl this afternoon, that’s were part of their sale collection, Double checked with the lady of these were on sale & confirmed it was, As per their “sale” price - $14.95 & the actual full price of the item is “9.95” per condiment bowl, This is daylight robbery!

Went to Freedom in Preston and had Charlie help out my mother and I. She was very engaging and helpful with all our questions. It’s nice when customer service actually gives you the time of day! We ended up getting a reclining sofa which Charlie gave us a fantastic price on. Great store and better staff. Thanks Charlie! We’ll be back next time!
Full disclosure: I didn’t end up buying a sofa here simply because they didn’t have one that checked all my boxes. But they still deserve 5 stars for the sales experience alone. I spoke with Liv, who really took the time to understand what I needed. She explained all the sofa jargon (which there is a lot more than i expected) in a way that was easy to follow. Made a purchase from Freedom. The table was scratched when it arrived. The after sale service has been appalling. Staff claim they have to escalate the case only for us to repeatedly receive the same email from Gunther repeatedly, making me believe or hope Gunther is a robot. By the way they respond to negative reviews with exactly the same response, I assume that is how Freedom deals with customers....with no empathy, care or ability to problem solve.
