Purchased a product online & it was crap. The staff in store did not want to know anything a bout it. The online team are not accessible. Awful to deal with.
Would give zero. Brought a bench seat online. Colour on arrival was different to in pictures. Requested a return and refund. They tried to justify now ignoring me. I’m going to ACCC for support. Will never buy from them again after having purchased from them many times
Purchased a sofa from here at a cost of about $1300 per year that we have had it. It is falling apart with no help from Freedom. Call their 'customer service' only to be hung up on constantly. Just to be clear, Freedom sent an 'independant' contractor to assess my furniture. This person runs his own furniture business and Freedom have stocked a range of his bedheads. He used to also be a firmer employee.
Really a good place to shop for home furniture and decor needs. The ambiance is always inviting
Bought some condiments bowl this afternoon, that’s were part of their sale collection, Double checked with the lady of these were on sale & confirmed it was, As per their “sale” price - $14.95 & the actual full price of the item is “9.95” per condiment bowl, This is daylight robbery!
