If your going to shop at Freedom make sure you come to the Preston store. The lovely Rose and the manager Luca were an absolute delight to deal with, Luca is an absolute legend. Mackenzie was amazing and all their Customer service is unsurpassed, hard to find that these days. I have shopped at other Freedom stores and service was rude and appalling. Thankyou so much Luca, Rose and Mackenzie.
Recently went to Preston store and not happy with their customer service at all . They are not friendly at all . They were talking amongst each others rather than ask a customer if they need help at all . There is no greeting and in the end of purchase they don’t say thank you or would you like your receipt to send you online , I asked myself and still didn’t get it. Not. Happy with customer service .
My son and I have just had a very pleasant experience being served by the charming Charlie Palmer who gave us good advice and also a great price. She was so nice it felt like we were talking to a friend. The world would be a much better place with more people like her.
Purchased a product online & it was crap. The staff in store did not want to know anything a bout it. The online team are not accessible. Awful to deal with.
