Unprofessional And Incompetent! Had scheduled appointment during a vacation for an assessment months in advance. Freedom Physical Therapy called the morning of the appointment to inform me that they needed to cancel my appointment. There was no attempt to make accommodations to fit me in for a future opening which I find unacceptable. After receiving feedback from others I now understand that this establishment has a long track record of canceling appointments.
