Unprofessional And Incompetent! Had scheduled appointment during a vacation for an assessment months in advance. Freedom Physical Therapy called the morning of the appointment to inform me that they needed to cancel my appointment. There was no attempt to make accommodations to fit me in for a future opening which I find unacceptable. After receiving feedback from others I now understand that this establishment has a long track record of canceling appointments. Back in 2022 I went to this business for approximately 17 sessions. I informed them that I had been suffering from chronic myofascial pain for well over twenty years. Many of those sessions were quite expensive. Most of the sessions were much more expensive than any chiropractic care I'd ever received, while being way less effective. Mostly, they gave me instructual hand outs and verbal information.
