Wow ..... My experience has been nothing but appalling . The customer service is fair until point of sale ....I have been told by no less than 3 different people and on no less than 7 times of estimated delivery times ..... every time I wish to talk to manager he is in a meeting..... even went to store to talk to manager about concerns and was told was having lunch so would have to wait ..... Over a hour later manager appeared .. I understand that things are delayed however it appears that the moment they have your money all... read more
Me and my wife bought couple of things for our home and was well looked after by Peter & Louise. Great staff members who took the time to provide their expertise in the products for us to purchase. Warm and friendly service - would definitely come back!
Kim made purchasing a lounge so easy! She was so welcoming as soon as we entered the store and helped us so much with any questions we had. Definitely go see Kim next time you’re in Freedom Penrith! She’s lovely.
Sadly my experience was terrible, I have tried phoning the manager twice to resolve an easy purchase I would like to make as I have had no satisfaction with 2 other team members with no call back. I was put on hold 3 time's for 20-30 mins finally hanging up. I have been a long time customer but this 5 day effort has really been disgraceful.
We couldn’t speak more highly of Kim at Freedom Penrith. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience one we won’t forget. Kim went above and beyond, offering her time and sincere yet expert advice as we chose our new couch. It’s rare to feel so looked after during a purchase, but Kim made it easy and enjoyable.
