We had a wonderful experience at Freedom Penrith today. My husband and I were shopping for occasional chairs and were pretty tired by the time we arrived — well into our third hour of looking. Gavin greeted us while we were browsing and went above and beyond to help. He took the time to research options, speak with colleagues, and really understand what we needed and what would work for us. His service was exceptional. Wow ..... My experience has been nothing but appalling . The customer service is fair until point of sale ....I have been told by no less than 3 different people and on no less than 7 times of estimated delivery times ..... every time I wish to talk to manager he is in a meeting..... even went to store to talk to manager about concerns and was told was having lunch so would have to wait ..... Over a hour later manager appeared .. I understand that things are delayed however it appears that the moment they have your money all... read more
