Taken my money and placed the wrong lounge design. Haven’t even given me a call back like they said they would. I’ve called a total of 3 times in a week
Absolutely shocking customer service. Bought new lounges and told free delivery. Now refusing to deliver and told we have to pick it up!
I was looking buying bedroom furniture for my daughter's room. Peter was ever so knowledgeable, helpful and genuine... the best customer service I've had in years! What a delight. Thank you... I'll definately come to the Penrith store for my next purchase.
Absolutely joke, ordered a leather lounge ,before Christmas, delivered end of February, they sent one guy out to deliver it, if I wasn't home, wouldn't have got it in the door, than to find out, they sent the wrong corner piece. The driver said management would call the following day, 3 days later, still no call, went back to the stall , they said they would order new corner piece.
