Kim made purchasing a lounge so easy! She was so welcoming as soon as we entered the store and helped us so much with any questions we had. Definitely go see Kim next time you’re in Freedom Penrith! She’s lovely.
Sadly my experience was terrible, I have tried phoning the manager twice to resolve an easy purchase I would like to make as I have had no satisfaction with 2 other team members with no call back. I was put on hold 3 time's for 20-30 mins finally hanging up. I have been a long time customer but this 5 day effort has really been disgraceful.

Kim went above and beyond, offering her time and sincere yet expert advice as we chose our new couch. It’s rare to feel so looked after during a purchase, but Kim made it easy and enjoyable. Got a faulty item. Manager won’t respond to my calls or emails. It has been weeks! Not happy!
