I’m writing to clarify the misinformation in your response to my review. The facts are well-documented and supported by both technician acknowledgment and my insurance claims. To be clear: I did not request upgrades after the initial lenses were made. I returned because the technician confirmed we were never shown the transition brochure during the first visit, which meant I was not given the opportunity to choose the color or level of darkness.
