We highly recommend Louise at Freedom Nunawading. She was absolutely outstanding for customer service. We shared what we were looking for and she really listened. She sat with us why we tested out the couches. She gave us her undivided attention & we didn’t feel like she was in a hurry or needed to rush off to another customer even though the store was relatively busy. shoppers beware: Freedom furniture imports cheap stuff from China, and when the problem due to its poor quality arises, they say: not our problem, denying warranty claim. An Aspect sofa that I bought had so little filling in the backrest, that they lost their shape almost immediately. When I took the issue back to Freedom Furniture, they said: fluff it up (every day) - not our problem

I was expecting to walk in with a great experience but I was utterly disappointed. We came in looking for a particular dining table. Once we were shown we advised the lady that we would need delivery on the 4th August as move in on the 3rd August. She proceeded to say they normally only hold for a month. Went and checked and came back and said pick up had to be 1st July……. I bought a chair a few weeks back and returned enquiring about whether the chair has a matching ottoman. The store assistant (Amber-Jade) advised that it was all sold out in Victoria but she would see what she could do. Amber-Jade did indeed follow it up the next day and she went above and beyond to secure the ottoman for me. Her customer service was so exceptional I thought that the only thing to do was to recognise her in a google review. I highly recommend the Freedom Nunawading store for service.
