Freedom in Nunawading, VIC has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I asked if he could help me with lamps. He said "No, there are so many of them, I don't really know". WOW. Thanks for nothing - I left and bought my lamps over the road at Beacon Lighting. Get a new job mate - plenty of people would value it more than you do.

Went in today with my wife and toddler the manger was so helpful Chris thank you for your service and assistance the Rug and Entrance cabinet is amazing and all well we are so delighted we have been shopping here for years and purchased a lot of items from Freedom Nunawading we will be back to buy two Occasional chairs :-)
Great experience looking for dining chairs. The lady was very friendly showing us lots of different chairs until we found chairs that we liked.
NO SALES PERSON AVAILABLE. What's the point of this big store if I have to wait for 20mins and no single sales person available. Literally have to chase sales people. The store was not even busy. So we gave up and moved on. Terrible customer service.
