Had a brilliant experience at Freedom Nunawading picking out some new furniture and curtains. A massive thank you to JESSIE, who looked after me and was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was so patient, genuinely helpful, and made the whole trip a really enjoyable and pleasant experience rather than a stressful chore. DEAN was also super helpful throughout the process. Purchased two stand out dining chairs for my dining table.. went against my gut and chose wrong. Dean was great on the day and even better when I rang to say I didn’t like them. Unfortunately I couldn’t fit the boxes in my car so had to take them out which then meant I couldn’t get refund🙄 Dean was awesome he said he’d see what he could do.
