Our experience at Freedom Nunawading last Sunday was fantastic.... We were served by Thidang , assisted by Vivianna who were both wonderful to deal with. We also spoke with two other staff members which were lovely too. They were so helpful in assisting with delivery for our table and even called the owner of the delivery company for us when we had an issue with the app. Our table arrived today , in the morning as requested. Thanks so much , will be back soon to order chairs too !
I had a very disappointing experience at Freedom Nunawading. When I walked in, a staff member made eye contact and smiled but continued working on her laptop. Nearby, there was a group of people dressed casually, and it was unclear whether they were customers or staff, as no one acknowledged me. The salespeople at nunawading were too disgusting. They deceived us. We bought a bed for our children last month. They made it on a discount, so all the furniture had discounts. It wasn‘t just my bed. After discounting the unit price of 760, there was also a mattress price of 1035. The salespeople said they would have to wait two weeks for it to be delivered from the warehouse. The mattress could be delivered first, because our English wasn‘t very good. I paid and left. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Edit: Thank you for the generic reply however I want to clarify that it’s insincere as I’ve sent multiple emails via the customer service centre that have not been responded to
Absolutely outstanding customer service from Chris and his team. I called regarding a discontinued rug and Chris and his team were so incredibly polite and helpful. They went out of their way to find what I wanted and solved a tricky delivery issue for me. Nothing was too much trouble, the level of service blew me away. Thanks Chris and team I am so grateful ! 🥳
