Nicolle was FANTASTIC!! I couldn't have asked for a more competent, trustworthy, transparent and accommodating Loan Officer!! She made everything easy to understand and so smooth I can't thank her enough. FNWCU is truly a family and I'm very glad to be a part it!!
Always a good interaction. Knowledge and experience are obvious. My favorite Credit Union
I have worked with Nicolle from the Hayden branch on 3 transactions now and wanted to say each time has been an absolute breeze and pleasure to work with her and FNWCU. For those of you who don’t know their weekly mortgage payment option saves you so much in interest it out performs any other loan products on the market. This a a best in class organization and Nicolle is terrific at her craft. 5 stars
Cassie Bowie was amazing. Recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a home. Call and ask for Cassie she had my load ready within a week. I will be call Cassie on all my future purchases.
