I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Myaree store. I recently contacted the store to query the shipping dates on my order, and unfortunately, my interaction with Jennifer was extremely unpleasant. She was rude and dismissive throughout the conversation, speaking down to me and repeating the same information rather than actually listening to my question. Great selection of furniture and homewares
We purchased a floor lamp on clearance and were told it was "just missing a screw". When we got home and googled the user manual we found that an entire part was missing rendering the lamp unusable. The store manager even told us she would buy it herself if she had room. Months later we have no resolution, are out of pocket and have a lamp that can't be used.
Thank you Justin for your help with table lamps yesterday. I'm so happy with my choices and having different style lamps adds to the charm.
