Terrible customer service 🤮
Specifically said to the salesperson Pep that we don’t want to buy the couch unless it’s available before Christmas. Told us a big story about how her boss said any orders this week must be delivered before Christmas. Buy the couch, money changes hands and then delivery changes to after Christmas. Pep should be spoken to us about it honesty.
