OMG. Worse company EVER!!!!!!Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!! These have got to be the most incompetent people ever!!! I have a realtor assuming my loan and the process has been a total nightmare. For 2 weeks straight I have called everyday for the assumption package to be sent and instead I have been sent the same form asking for the 3rd party information.
