(Wish there was a choice for no stars) Mortgage servicing transferred here without my input. Each and everything I have experienced has been problematic starting with attempting to put in a strong password to access the website, - no non-standard characters allowed! Then they called to offer a refi. I asked for comparative quotes for different terms and was refused. Did the refi anyway. OMG. Worse company EVER!!!!!!Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!! These have got to be the most incompetent people ever!!! I have a realtor assuming my loan and the process has been a total nightmare. For 2 weeks straight I have called everyday for the assumption package to be sent and instead I have been sent the same form asking for the 3rd party information.
