I would recommend Freedom Mortgage to anybody who is looking for Mortgage services. Throughout the process I experienced excellent communication and transparency with all of the reps. They were very knowledgeable, polite, and explained each step of the process clearly. There were quick responses to inquiries, a fast online application process, and a timely loan closing.

Freedom Mortgage was my loan carrier for the last few years. As a result of higher appraisal assessment, I chose to refi with Freedom and payoff credit card debt and cashout. Freedom was my chosen lender then an now with the refi. Outsatnding experinece working with them.
Freedom Mortgage is among the most incompetent people I worked with. They sent me and my insurance a form to be filled for insurance adequacy regulations. Despite filling and sending it back the first time, I kept receiving the same request with a warning that they would purchase their own insurance for my property and charge me for it, which cost 5 times more.
