Frustrating services, poor management and unprofessional attitude. Every single representative leads you separately. NO standards company policy. More than 100 days gone still incomplete process. Lazy representatives, imagine 2 times documents were expired on their tables. So lazy and irresponsible representatives. Never seen such company.

If The option was available I’d rate them a negative 5 Stars . I had a loan officer who never returned phone calls or responded to emails . Still waiting on his manager to call me . It’s been a month now ! Closing department is a joke, nothing but errors in the documents . 15 minutes prior to closing I receive a phone call from the notary stating they have not received the documents . NEVER use this company. my mortgage was sold to this company who are the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. its taken 35 days to just update my last name on my account due to marriage. Their website message portal takes a week get get a response and tickets are closed without allowing responses if you get a response at all. Their 'Escalation department has at least a 50 minute wait to speak to, no doubt because of of the rest of the shitty customer service the regular employees that can actually speak Englis... read more
