This has got to be the literal WORST company. I would not recommend freedom mortgage to veterans or ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER. ISSUES WITH PAPERWORK AND MULTIPLE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. NO ONE KNOWS RIGHT FROM LEFT. NO ONE DOCUMENTS PERTINENT INFORMATION TO YOUR LOAN AND EVERYONE PASSES THE BUCK TO ANOTHER PERSON THAT ALSO HAS ZERO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
