I had a very disappointing experience with this mortgage company. They charged multiple fees that were never clearly explained or disclosed upfront. Costs appeared throughout the process, which felt dishonest and misleading. Transparency and trust are extremely important when dealing with something as serious as a mortgage, and unfortunately this company failed in both areas. . Based on my experience, I would not trust this company again.
Let me begin this by saying almost all of my reviews are positive (you can check my profile) so it is an extreme rarity for me to give a review like this. After waiting well over an hour to speak with a live human being, I spoke to folks that were extremely unhelpful (including telling me I dont understand how mortgages work, I've been a real estate broker for over a decade). I had major changes in my mortgage and was not notified
Worst company ever. Nobody knows what they're doing. You can't talk to a loan officer. They give you bad information when they give you any information at all
The worst customer service, totally incompetent. They are more interested in selling you on your equity and it takes 50 buttons when calling to get a person who won’t do anything to help you. THE WORST
