Just the worst saying we need to update our building insurance but thats through our hoa and have no way to change our policy
I have been trying to submit my insurance documents to them so they will adjust my payment to escrow. They sent me a link that doesn't work and yes I have tried in on a computer and through the app. I also copied and pasted instead of just clicking. Called customer service and they said they don't know why its not working but didn't give me an alternative way to submit the documents other than to mail them in and I've seen so much about "things getting lost in the mail that I am hesitant to do that." but they are quite happy... read more
Horrible excuse of a mortgage company. Unfortunately my loan was acquired by Freedom Mortgage several months after closing. Freedom Mortgage cares about 1 thing, re-financing your mortgage with them for a ‘lower’ rate. If I had a dollar for every time they called me to asking if I am interested in taking advantage of their ‘special offer’ I would have $1K sitting in the bank. Pain to get insurance check endorsed for roof repair. Super nice lady on the phone but the process requires me to send in my insurance check to be endorsed. Not sure why that is required. But it caused my roof repair to be postponed.
This place is terrible, in almost everyway. Closing on our house/mortgage I sold was awful. Then it took them 3 months to get us the refund on our escrow account. Would go elsewhere if you can help it.
