0/10. I would not waste my time applying for a home loan with this company. My husband and I had been waiting almost a month for documents that were needed to process the loan only to be denied because we’re healthcare professionals with contracts in a permanent position. You would think the loan officers would know the criteria for their banks before wasting your time and making you wait. On a recorded line, they encouraged us to apply to a different mortgage company.
They steal! They mess up escrow payments to force you to pay more. We have been paying the same amount and nothing has changed. They sent us a statement stating our mortgage is going up by $600 and month. Said it was our counties fault and our propertytaxes have to be paid. Called the county and they said you guys are liars! Nothings changed your just stealing from people. So where is the money we have been paying every month for our escrow going? Sounds like a lawsuit to me! Which is what we are now looking into.
My original mortage was sold to freedom mortgage. I recently sold that house and bought a new house and realized my mortgage payment of $900 something never went through even though I have used autopay throughout the history of the account and I had over $3000 in my account at the time the July to August payment was supposed to go through. I noticed an unusual amount of money in my account so I double checked and realized it didnt go through. I made the payment on the night of July 30th at 0200 hrs. I have been dealing with this company for last several months, nearly almost a year now. Every time, when I tried to call customer service, they have been rolling the balls to several staffs and will say the request will get done. But I had to make several phone calls and had to reach their grievance department. Even with that far, they have not responded to the requests. I am literally stuck with this company now!!!
