My mortgage was sold to this company a while ago. Painful process to set up my new payments with them and stop receiving unwanted mail. Down the road I decided to stay thinking about a refinance and got quotes with them and a few others. After that I was called more than a dozen times by various people there trying to push me to close with them even though I said several times I was only exploring options. Not recommended.
