The absolute worst mortgage company in the entire world. Impossible to speak with anyone about your mortgage. If you can manage to get past the 20 minutes of on hold going through prompts with their robot and actually end up speaking with someone to ask a question they just tell you for every question to submit a message. The worst mortgage servicer ever! avoid them at all costs! FM - if you're reading this, call me! UNBELIEVABLE! Impossible to get a hold of anyone and if you can its useless!
