We didn't choose them as our mortgage loan provider and we never would have. Wells Fargo handed over our loan after being with them for 12 years. They have been a nightmare to work with. This has been the most unorganized and difficult company I’ve ever had to work with. Over 45 minutes on the phone just to opt out of marketing/information sharing. We've just been sold to this company and already its a terrible experience. We received a notice saying our "insurance expired". We just started our policy in Feb to buy the house. It has NOT expired. So already - incompetence in their mortgage transfer process. When I attempted to send them a note via their website, while it LOOKS like you an write them a message, every topic you select pops up a message to call various numbers. This company purchased our mortgage and has been completely incompetent every step of the way. They put the mortgage under the wrong name, they wont update our insurance info so we are paying out of pocket while they continue to send our escrow to the wrong company We have spent hours and hours on the phone and sent countless documents to no avail. No one can actually do anything you are just transferred between departments all telling you different information How is the company even allowed to exist

Stayed on hold for over 45 minutes today waiting for someone to help us set up a payoff. Not going well. Will try again tomorrow. I think they dropped the call but told me they could not return a call in the beginning of our discussion today. Funny, it seems the company does not want us to pay off this loan, at least today.

This company is the worst. My mom passed away in September. I have provided them every piece of documentation such as will, cert of trust, death certificates and everything. They are fighting me on getting the house sold and closing the loan out. These people are horrible.
