No stars really. Absolute greed and nothing else. Disgusting business practices. But, they do defend themselves by saying they're only following suit with every other loan company. You won't find this company going above and beyond for is customers, you will find it going above and beyond to keep as much of your mortgage as they can as their profit.
Not the worst but far from the best or even better options for mortgages. Our mortgage was purchased by this company, so we didn’t get the option to choose. Customer service isn’t very attentive or knowledgeable. Each person tells you different information. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for an hour, just to talk to another representative. We make bi-weekly payments every month and it’s like pulling teeth to get a representative to understand what we’re doing. They will not check payment history to verify our p... read more
This company is the worst! They won’t accommodate me with setting up my “auto pay” they refuse to just do it in their system… because the don’t want to be liable! Well, tell me why all the other mortgage companies will provide this feature? Can you not pay or train your team members to do this service?! This company bought my loan from my previous lender and has been a nightmare. I'm trying to pay off my mortgage and they will not give me a payoff amount. I'm still on hold. This company has screwed me for the last time. I can't wait for them to take this last payment and be done with this bs from this company, They canceled my homeowners last year and now my insurance went way up also. They are the devil
This company deserves negative stars. Absolutely horrific company - has no idea how mortgages or insurance claims work. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to use this company. Stan, fix your terrible company.
