Order number : 8890001456034 We bought some chairs and Sonapur dining table from freedom Moore park in early January. We were told they will be delivered within weeks. Later we received an email saying delivery the table is delayed to mid february, and if we would like to cancel or wait, and we said we are happy to wait. The product arrived damaged, with visible staining on the fabric. Instead of resolving this properly, Freedom offered a token discount that wouldn’t even cover the cost of professional cleaning. I was then told the stain was “minor” — a completely subjective judgment, made by someone who has never seen the chair in person. Being told how I should feel about damage to a brand-new item is unacceptable. Freedom’s solution is now to send someone out to inspect and attempt a repair. I simply don’t have time for this. I was misled by Freedom Furniture and urgently need this resolved. I bought a dresser which was advertised with a product weight of 80kg. What arrived is a fully assembled unit weighing 190kg — an enormous and unacceptable discrepancy. It is impossible to move with two people. Because of this, the item has been left in my apartment building foyer for days. Had a very poor experience at Freedom Furniture Supa Centa. We went in to enquire about an electric sofa and asked very basic questions—price and deposit requirements. The salesperson responded by saying that unless we were confirming a purchase, it wasn’t worth his time to speak to his manager. That alone shows a complete lack of basic retail and customer service skills. I had a wonderful experience at Freedom Moore Park. I was having trouble deciding on which furniture to order and Tharun, who is also an interior decorator, went above and beyond to help me choose the correct pieces. The delivery came earlier than expected and the furniture looks fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Tharun and the staff at freedom Moore Park.
