The value of any purchase is measured by a salespersons service, and on this occasion it was woeful. “It’s true that people buy from people”, and unfortunately this store’s experience has left us rather tainted. When we walked in, we were greeted by someone but later down our time in store, we were not acknowledged once, and were left with the impression that we were simply a waste of time to assist. Had a great experience with Jenny and Katherine buying a bed. Made it a quick and easy process to purchase a stunning timber bed that had just launched :)
This must be the only mainstream furniture store to not have delivery services. When we bought our couch, we were assured there was delivery and it would be paid upon delivery. After the couch had been paid for we were provided a number for their airtasker guy to organise delivery ourselves. I mentioned the couch would go upstairs and was given a different "more appropriate" airtasker guys number. When I made contact he told me he couldn't get the couch upstairs. The store is beautiful the staff are vey helpful. We bought 2.5 leather sofa with recliner. Operated by 2 batteries for each side of the sofa. Batteries are charged with power plug connected to the electricity. We got the sofa with Chinese power plugs not suited for Australian electricity power point. We had to follow post sales bureaucracy of filling up forms sending photos and email exchange. The store stand a replacement plug.
