Poor condescending service from the tall old lady today (was rushed and crpped on our styling choices) maybe we should compare styles? But the shorter lady with the curly hair was lovely and even referred us to a tradie she knows
I bought a mirror online in the recent sale from the team here and went to pick it up. the store manager (so sorry i forget her name) came to the pickup location for me to collect and we realised it wouldn't fit in my car. she asked where i lived and said - that's on my way home and I have an SUV that will fit this in...let me drop this off for you... which she did. that is simple beautiful customer service i'm so impressed

My recent visit to the freedom store in Moorabbin, left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to a truly disappointing encounter with one staff member. I approached the counter to ask about my click and collect order, and before I could even finish my sentence, the employee snapped at me, declaring she was busy with another customer. Her tone was incredibly rude and snappy, which was a jarring experience. I'll be honest guys, the tone of customer service and the level is a little poor. There isn't really a need for the contempt, it will only provide further disdain. Just means that I'll go to Nick Scali in the future really. Was told 4-6 weeks when purchased in store, I'm now told 14 weeks. Which I wasn't even able to convey to the person on the phone, due to the contempt and their eagerness to get off the call. Waiting 14 weeks for a Sofa when initially told 4-6 weeks is poor.
