I recently ordered a couch from Freedom under the “free delivery” promotion. I had already booked my delivery date, but I never received any call or message confirming the specific delivery time. Later, I was contacted by Freedom, and they informed me that my phone number was not working and apparently had a fault. Poor condescending service from the tall old lady today (was rushed and crpped on our styling choices) maybe we should compare styles? But the shorter lady with the curly hair was lovely and even referred us to a tradie she knows
I bought a mirror online in the recent sale from the team here and went to pick it up. the store manager (so sorry i forget her name) came to the pickup location for me to collect and we realised it wouldn't fit in my car. she asked where i lived and said - that's on my way home and I have an SUV that will fit this in...let me drop this off for you... which she did. that is simple beautiful customer service i'm so impressed
