The stores are great and the sale team at the stores are great. The disappointment I have is with the warranty service. We are over 4 months in the process of getting our couch repaired. We have had two inspections and have been promised a replacement part. I am sure it will all happen but the process is so incredibly long and drawn out. Unfortunately, we won’t be buying from Freedom again due to the after sales support, despite the fact that the staff at the stores are fantastic.

We had interior decorator Alison attend our home and we were pleased with her suggestions. No heavy sell and her quote with suggested furnishings arrived within 3 days. We went to the store and made our purchases, plus a couple of extras due to the sale. At the pick-up door, we met Ned, a young employee who was lovely and helpful. All staff were great.

I was finished with my shopping quite happy. As I was taking it to my car I was met with a young fellow named Ned. Ned and I spoke out the front very briefly but he said he works there and asked how my experience was and was very polite. Your manners and genuine care for customers doesn’t go unnoticed Ned good work.
