Terese went above and beyond to help me..I am eternally grateful for her assistance.. The young man that came to do an assessment on Ms.Molly (my chairs name).. He came, rode around and told me all that he found right and wrong.. I am waiting for Dynamic to get back in touch when they will do the repairs.. Giselle gave me all of the information that I need to get a new power chair.. My old one is not responding to left turns (it comes up on two wheels)..
Dennis was awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his explanation of how everything works.
Dennis is the BEST!!! He was patient, very knowledgeable and kind. He made sure I was comfortable with the wheelchair. I think Freedom Mobility is lucky to have such an amazing employee.
Zack did a very awesome job with the repair for my power wheelchair he changed it all my wheels and fixed my lights and now my chair is good to go. I highly recommend Zack and freedom mobility to anybody who has a power wheelchair.
Very informative, very polite and explained everything.What was going to happen and who was going to contact me a really appreciated everything that was dealt with today
