Dennis was an excellent repairman who was sensitive to my Mom’s needs and spent the time needed to fix the problem.
I had the pleasure of 2 VERY knowledgeable techs from Freedom today to help solve a glitch with a mobility chair.... card name was printed Zach but their names are Dennis and Daniel....when they were finished with suggestions and tech issues with chair ALL OF US were satisfied and looking forward to going forward with a solution to the issues after 4 months! Thank you FREEDOM for a final solution agreeable to all parties ... Carla Rosenblum
She did an amazing job! My insurance wasn’t the best to deal with. She kept working and we now have a wheelchair for my husband. I can’t wait to go on a weekend getaway. It’s been so hard to do normal family stuff. Now I can thanks to her and her team.
