Zack Neckel with freedom mobility did great work. He came and actually fixed my leg rest and I feel much better. I’ve been in a wheelchair for many years so I know how a wheelchair should be, and Zack made it how it should be. Thank you Zack!!
Says on their website that they take blue shield. Call them, they take blue shield. Seems a referral over to get a chair, they confirm they take my insurance, but they won't get me a chair as "the insurance reimbursement rates are too low from blue shield" and refuse to give me any recommendations on where else to try going. So if you refuse to actually see blue shield patients, seems like don't don't actually take my insurance and claiming otherwise feels like false advertising.
