Rick was a great help. He set up the chair and explained how to make it work. The chair is very comfortable and easy to use. Even my back feels better! Zack came out to replace a motor. He was extremely kind and friendly. He understood and assisted my needs with the chair. Thank you Zach! I broke a bolt on my chair. Dennis stopped by today for the repair.
