I paid cash for wheelchair costing $11,000. I paid for accessories that weren’t included things that I ordered were added to the wheelchair. It took months for the wheelchair to come. When I got the wheelchair and had issues with it, I have not been able to have anybody return my calls to schedule for maintenance. When I call, the people are very rude and treat my problems as if they aren’t their concern. I would give ZERO starts but wont let me. After telling me they were contracted with my insurance they WERE NOT. They lied and caused me to have to wait even longer and start all over. Oh, and Tina in corporate is worthless. Blames everything on everyone else while she can walk and be mobile. This company should be shut down for the way they try to take advantage of people.
