My electric wheelchair got to me very quickly and I was thrilled until a month later when most of the features on it stopped working. I called to schedule a repair and was told a scheduler would call back….5-6 weeks later I got a call and was scheduled for “tomorrow” the next day I got a call saying they need to cancel the appointment for that day and a scheduler would call back to make the appointment. My husband, with mobility issues, and I were in Savannah for a couple of nights and we decided that a scooter would be a better choice for sightseeing than his wheelchair. Stephanie was extremely helpful in suggesting the “right” solution and even allowed us to drop off the scooter after hours. It was really a gift for our time in town. The rental cost was also reasonable.

These bumbling idiots! Their task was very simple, come out Wednesday and replace the batteries insane shout the tires because they were bald with no tread. Well they were struggling to get the tire off and so they ended up breaking the drive shaft to the motor. After 4 hours the technician says we're all done and leaves, leaving a big mess on the floor for me to sweep up and never hinting that there is any problem with my wheelchair.
