My husband, with mobility issues, and I were in Savannah for a couple of nights and we decided that a scooter would be a better choice for sightseeing than his wheelchair. Stephanie was extremely helpful in suggesting the “right” solution and even allowed us to drop off the scooter after hours. It was really a gift for our time in town. The rental cost was also reasonable.

These bumbling idiots! Their task was very simple, come out Wednesday and replace the batteries insane shout the tires because they were bald with no tread. Well they were struggling to get the tire off and so they ended up breaking the drive shaft to the motor. After 4 hours the technician says we're all done and leaves, leaving a big mess on the floor for me to sweep up and never hinting that there is any problem with my wheelchair. I paid cash for wheelchair costing $11,000. I paid for accessories that weren’t included things that I ordered were added to the wheelchair. It took months for the wheelchair to come. When I got the wheelchair and had issues with it, I have not been able to have anybody return my calls to schedule for maintenance. When I call, the people are very rude and treat my problems as if they aren’t their concern.
