Hopeless customers service by Mile end freedom. Management is beyond disgusting. It’s utter shameful that not ground staff but manager even don’t know how to manage calls, especially call backs and escalations requests. It is better you consider resignation. Your inefficiency with poor customer service ethics are effecting contact Center staff. It Is pathetic.
Sally's service was appalling. Her customer service needs serious work. Came back the next day and got two awesome staff and purchased through them.
Nice furniture but very expensive.
Bought a coffee table and Angie was so accommodating and super helpful. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
