No staff at counter had to wait 30min. pricing of the throws are were indicating lower prices than they actually are, careful before you buy.
Absolutely appalling customer service. Paid and Submitted and online order which was subsequently cancelled with no notification via email or sms, I only realised my order had been cancelled when I checked my online account. Also you online chat need an overhaul, an absolute waist of time
We bought an outdoor set on sale and were promised that there were some in stock. But when Monday came around the items in stock were given to someone else and now I am still waiting for the items 4 months later and they will still be another 2 months away! Don’t buy unless you are willing to wait 6 months at least!
