In store service is ok. But if you need to call good luck. It’s a call centre interstate or o/s by the accent. Called 4 times everyone had poor English, then transferred if lucky to the actual store. For reasons unknow to me the store does not like doing business over the phone?

Ordered a rug online, wrong colour received. Tried to call the store and there are no direct numbers, rang the only number I could find which is an automated service. I rang a second time and my issue was forwarded on to the Marion store (a call back was eventually received but after the store had contacted me). I received a call to say the correct rug is at the Mile End store but will only be dispatched once the original one was received back. I was told my suburb sounds far away, can I bring it back?
