initial consult was good, felt good about the process. was told to not make a payment on my current car loan and car was then repossessed. paid my retainer, and didn’t get paperwork in on time, was only ever notified with an email. had to redo intake process, was cancelled because i didn’t get paperwork done prior- again, didn’t get email. called office and was told i could reschedule for a fee. and then id have to repay retainer. was told, “we will not call or text, only email”. so take more money from someone that clearly ... read more

I was a nervous mess but freedom law was always kind and patient. The process was clear and simple as I obtained all proper documents they were with me the entire way. Also making sure there were no unanswered questions, very thorough and I recommend 👌

When setting up the appointment I was not told their intake forum needed to be completed 24 hours before our meeting, just that it had to be done before hand. A simple call or email I could have had it done instead it just gets cancelled and I can't reschedule without paying first. Simple misunderstanding turned into what feels like a money grab instead of wanting to help customers.
