Recently bought our 4th Freedom Kotara mattress. Excellent customer service at time of purchase. Since then Suzie expedited our delivery date as our old mattress was being collected 2 weeks prior to our estimated date of new mattress delivery . Thank you Freedom Kotara. I also highly recommend the quality & competitive price of their very large floor rugs.
After buying some beautiful furniture from Freedom, I have been left feeling very bitter. The deliverers damaged my property on delivery so I lodged a claim. Freedom has chosen to not pursue my claim as the deliverers have lied and not taken responsibility for the damage. Very disappointed.

The wrong product was delivered, and instead of taking responsibility, the store refused to accept accountability or offer a reasonable solution. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue, the male staff member who was part of "management team" was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
