Paid $7000 for 2 couches in Feb, originally told they would arrive in March, its now May and we still dont have the couches, made a complaint to the store, spoke with the manager there and thought things were sorted. On the day the couches were supposed to be delivered they were taken to the wrong address, despite notifying the store we had moved. Recently bought our 4th Freedom Kotara mattress. Excellent customer service at time of purchase. Since then Suzie expedited our delivery date as our old mattress was being collected 2 weeks prior to our estimated date of new mattress delivery . Thank you Freedom Kotara. I also highly recommend the quality & competitive price of their very large floor rugs.
After buying some beautiful furniture from Freedom, I have been left feeling very bitter. The deliverers damaged my property on delivery so I lodged a claim. Freedom has chosen to not pursue my claim as the deliverers have lied and not taken responsibility for the damage. Very disappointed.
