After buying some beautiful furniture from Freedom, I have been left feeling very bitter. The deliverers damaged my property on delivery so I lodged a claim. Freedom has chosen to not pursue my claim as the deliverers have lied and not taken responsibility for the damage. Very disappointed.
I had a very disappointing experience with Freedom Furniture Kotara and would not recommend shopping here. The wrong product was delivered, and instead of taking responsibility, the store refused to accept accountability or offer a reasonable solution. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue, the male staff member who was part of "management team" was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
