Pathetic customer service!!! Waited 5 weeks for delivery after purchasing a tv unit …. When it didn’t arrive on last day of delivery deadline they advised, I rang the store got some rude and annoyingly condescending old bat …. Who basically laughed down the phone while telling me it’s not coming till September, another 2 months later, I obviously wasn’t happy with this and said iv never had to wait so long for delivery before when I purchased with other furniture stores… i.e Harvey Norman etc … she just laughed and said didn... read more
