Been waiting ages and they say shipment from singapore got delayed by 2 weeks so now my new home does not have the furniture it needs for house warming. (EDIT: They have delayed my delivery by 1 week further without even sending an email. It said 15th of this month and today being the 15th i logged into my acc. and checked and now it says 20th.) I recently went in store to purchase sheer curtains and tracks for my house. I was greeted by Raj, he was the most helpful friendly staff member. He helped with everything, loaded all the tracks and blinds onto the trolley for me and even took them out to my car for me. It’s hard to come by good service like that these days with happy bubbly customer service people. So thank you Raj. I’ll be back again.
Absolutely fantastic service from Raj at Freedom Furniture. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, gave us great advice and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Raj was patient, professional and genuinely seemed to care about helping us make the right choice rather than just making a sale. Customer service like this really stands out. He’s a real credit to Freedom Furniture and definitely deserves recognition. W... read more
I paid for a coffee table at Frredom Joondalup WA yesterday and was told that I could pick it up at the Welshpoole warehouse after 24 hours. It is now over 24 hours later and I have been told that the Frredom system is automated and that the order has still not shown up in the warehouse system. How can an electronic system be unable to be instant in this day and age. So this will be the last time I purchase anything from Freedom....very poor service!
