Went into Freedom Joondalup today for sheers. We had Raj come and help us, offer us a trolley, advice and recommendations. He even helped us load the items in the car. Exceptional service from Raj today, thank you so much mate 👍🏾
We recently got a 3-seater, armchair, and ottoman set. It's the perfect firmness, depth, and height for our us. Raj was able to assist us very well with all our questions and took the time with us choosing fabrics and colors. He also explained very well the aftercare. The delivery team were also very friendly and amazing, even asked if they may wash their hands as the furniture fabric we had was white.
SHOPPERS BEWARE: Freedom Furniture sells cheap, low-quality imports and refuses to honor warranties. I bought the Aspect sofa, and the backrest lost its shape almost immediately due to a severe lack of filling. When I lodged a warranty claim, Freedom denied it and told me to just "fluff it up every day." They take your money, deliver garbage, and declare it's not their problem. Avoid this company at all costs.
Loving the Custom Olive Coloured Zara Style Couch. Shaun assisted us and he was great and offered a deal for free delivery. After a bit of a wait for our custom-ordered colour, this couch arrived and it was absolutely worth the wait.
