Response to The Manager who posted that we can use the lounge until a resolution is reached by your warranty department, as you state it’s only a few marks on the material. Your business sent a contractor to clean this and they haven’t been successful in removing the stain, the wooden feet are split. We also purchased the protection that we need to apply to the sofa, your delivery team advised when they delivered and installed the sofa not to apply the protection. Please be aware of purchasing a sofa from Freedom Furniture and potentially Amart Furniture as since June 2025 these are owned by the same business and have a CEO that oversees both brands (Lee Chadwick). My daughter had ordered and paid in full a Sorrento Lounge which took 12 weeks to receive, the team members at Freedom Joondalup were awesome to deal with. Purchased two couches online back in November 25 and was informed delivery would be between late Feb/early March 26 as made to order. Couches delivered yesterday, so all as promised. Very happy with couches and the delivery team were amazing! Opened boxes, assembled couches, put them in place and took all rubbish away. Thank you delivery team! Will definitely buy again from Freedom with this terrific service.
Spent almost $4000 in the product looked like this after two weeks freedom furniture refused to fix the problems everything just collapsed and stretched can’t be straightening at all
