Note, this isn't for the Jindalee store as such, but the entire company. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Freedom's online exclusives team. I purchased the Petare sofabed in January, and after trying it out, it was extremely uncomfortable with the top third of the mattress only having around 1cm of padding - you are practically sleeping on the pinewood base. Absolutely amazing quality and service. I absolutely love this store. Nothing is too much trouble. I shop here regularly and have always been very happy. Love, love, love Freedom.
The good: Vesna, Lida, and the team at Jindalee. The bad: anyone outside of the store. An error was made on my order and the staff in store made it up to me, even if it meant waiting another 15 weeks. Sadly, the furniture didn't arrive. "Head office" then stepped in and failed me completely. They weren't able to fulfil an order and refused to refund me when asked, stating it was "change of mind" -- because somehow not delivering goods when promised, and even though I've waited seven months is me changing my mind.
