Excellent customer service today at Freedom Jindalee. Mandy was super helpful and went out of her way to assist us with lighting.
Served Sunday 31/5 at 1.30 pm by a dark scruffy haired young man who knew nothing and was really unhelpful he had no idea what he was doing and when a lady asked if he needed help assisting us he said no to her when he definately needed all the help he could get We left empty handed He was incredibly unhelpful , uncaring and incompetent and was not at all fazed when we left with nothing we had come in for as he didn’t care that he had not helped us at all Very disappointing and we ended up buying our needs at Provincial who ... read more
With the amazing guidance and expertise of Marcela we were able to get the right curtains, tracks and set up for our two rooms. Marcela walked us through all the details and options we needed, it was just fantastic. We will definitely be back for her help with curtains for our remaining rooms.

Don’t purchase the guardsman product care. When trying to make a claim you will not be able to contact anyone. You will then call Freedom to try find out what is going on. They will investigate and promise to get back to you. Several weeks will go by with no contact from either party. Then you will raise a complaint and request a refund, and then give them a review to warn other potential customers…
