I have been recently visited the store and bought some furniture. Great design and quality with the best customer service. Marcela and the Gentleman ( i forgot his name) was very helpful and gave their best to cater my furniture needs. I am definitely coming back to revisit the store. We had a fantastic experience at Freedom Jindalee, thanks to Amanda! We visited close to closing time to look for a lounge, and despite the late hour, Amanda was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. The exact product we were after wasn’t on display, but she went above and beyond to show us fabric and colour options that matched what we had in mind. Very friendly helpful staff
Really great experience at the Freedom Jindalee store, after visiting several other show rooms of main furniture brands and niche stores in the search for the perfect dining table, we found exactly what we were searching for. I cannot commend the store's sales manager, Amanda, enough. She was absolutely helpful and extremely knowledgeable, a complete asset to this store and the lovely furniture it has on offer. Made our weekend!
Irresponsible people, awful customer service, they just want to get your money. I escaped them and tried their online service which is even worse than their store, long waiting on the line, delivery Section is even worse, lack of communication and just playing with customer. Looks like their delivery, pickup, customer service are different companies with common goal to get as much as money they can from people and no one try to solve the issue.
