I had an amazing experience with Freedom Marooychdore. I went to buy curtains and Doris was the most amazing sales lady. She was so helpful in everyway. We had to order on line some additional curtains, Andrea worked on this and kept us in contact with delivery schedule and times. I am so grateful to have dealt with these lovely ladies. I recently purchased Riverton couches from Freedom and waited 16 weeks for delivery, but I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The comfort level is nothing like what I experienced on the showroom floor—the cushions are very flat and uncomfortable, making it feel like you’re sitting on the floor. My daughter bought this leather couch from. Freedom cost 5000 and the two seats on lounge are flacking not sure if faulty tried to talk to customer service but didn't get anywhere. They said it was out of guarantee. Surely a lounge that cost that much is covered for there leather for so many years.
After receiving terrible service from Freedom Marion store, I called Nicole from Freedom Glynde who was awesome. Nicole was patient, helpful and delivered what she promised. Well done Nicole! Thanks.
