A great store with a massive variety of homewares and furniture. Excellent quality. Leanne B helped me out during my visit today. Very knowledgeable and helpful and made my visit more enjoyable. An asset to Freedom Geelong!
There management stink and very unreasonable and unrealistic targets for there staff. A severe toxic work environment. All management should be sacked and freedom need to look at how they treat there staff and customers. I wouldn't waste a cent in freedom geelong and I dam well will be informing everyone I know not to shop there. Freedom Geelong should be shut down. If I could give them -5 stars I would.
8 month turnaround on a defect. Insane! Month reply turnaround on messages... horrible considering the $13,000 we spent at freedom in one hit.
Went to check out S-fold curtains today and was assisted by Bec. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service! I’ll definitely be back again in the future.
