8 month turnaround on a defect. Insane! Month reply turnaround on messages... horrible considering the $13,000 we spent at freedom in one hit.
Went to check out S-fold curtains today and was assisted by Bec. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service! I’ll definitely be back again in the future.
It was a quiet Monday afternoon and I walked three very slow circuits of this large store, stopping to look at items for about half an hour. There were 3 staff busy talking to each other and writing price labels. Not one of them looked up or approached me to ask if I needed assistance or advice over that whole time.
