I recently visited the Freedom Geelong store twice, and on both occasions, Rebecca who works at the store delivered outstanding customer service. She was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right pieces. Her product knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Rebecca’s support and guidance were exceptional, and she truly made a positive difference to my shopping experience!

A great store with a massive variety of homewares and furniture. Excellent quality. Leanne B helped me out during my visit today. Very knowledgeable and helpful and made my visit more enjoyable. An asset to Freedom Geelong!
There management stink and very unreasonable and unrealistic targets for there staff. A severe toxic work environment. All management should be sacked and freedom need to look at how they treat there staff and customers. I wouldn't waste a cent in freedom geelong and I dam well will be informing everyone I know not to shop there. Freedom Geelong should be shut down. If I could give them -5 stars I would.
