I ordered two Glasgow side tables in early July. While delivery was prompt, both items unfortunately arrived damaged, and the pull-opening mechanisms don’t work properly. I reached out to customer service right away to find a solution, but 28 days later, no resolution has been agreed upon. This has been the slowest customer service experience I’ve ever had. Appalling service. First issues upon delivery, then the store tried to tell us they charge you 40% of the total cost for a refund. We then worked with the team to arrange redelivery with their third party courier and they tried to charge us an extra $195 to do this. While I understand the staff have tried to be helpful the following issues are a huge buyer beware: 1. Unclear terms and conditions at time of purchase and hidden costs 2.
