I can see why they have only 2 stars. We bought and paid for a lounge and were told it would take five weeks. That was eight weeks ago. I called two weeks ago and was told it had been delayed and would be two weeks..I called again on the weekend and was told it had been delayed again and would be next week but that they had emailed us. If I could rate a 0 I would have. I ordered several items from Online Exclusive - first mistake. What Freedom doesn't tell you is they don't care about your exclusive orders, literally no one will help or assist you if you have a problem with these orders- there is no contact number to speak to anyone in regards to your order as everyone from Freedom is happy to tell you. This store has gone downhill. Customer service is zilch. When you ask them a question, they just want to pass the buck to their interior designer...'oh, I could help you, but...' They wouldnt know what help looks like even if they tried. Same person, same bullshit.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered a couch and waited the estimated 6 weeks for it. Finally got notified it was available and requested a delivery date. I ended up having to be on the road on the day, but my wife was home and waiting. The idiotic delivery drivers supposedly couldn’t work out how to buzz our apartment and turned around and went back to Sydney.
