Two years in and our Freedom-branded mattress has a noticeable sag in one spot. Not ideal for a product you'd expect to last much longer than that, they say it has a 10 year guarantee, but this is not worth the paper it's written on. shoppers beware: Freedom furniture imports cheap stuff from China, and when the problem due to its poor quality arises, they say: not our problem, denying warranty claim. An Aspect sofa that I bought had so little filling in the backrest, that they lost their shape almost immediately. When I took the issue back to Freedom Furniture, they said: fluff it up (every day) - not our problem

I visited the Frankston store today around 5:20 PM, 10 minutes before closing, to ask a simple question about the tables. I approached a staff member named Emily, who showed absolute zero willingness to help. The question required her to look at the item, but she wouldn’t even move from her spot. I literally had to ask her, "Could you please come over here for a moment so I can ask my question?"
