One star at best! Worst customer service and the wait time for furniture is atrocious. Purchased a rug online and it arrived stained. Took weeks to process a return and am still waiting on a new rug. No updates when the order is delayed and when I call to query, they just tell me it’s delayed again and again. Purchased the rug in May and won’t be arriving until December now.. they say. Each person I’ve spoken to at Frankston lacks professionalism in how respond to their matter. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Was a nice silly. I thought I’d give them another go as they are on the block at the moment so you think their customer service would be up to scratch. I have just walked into the Store. Two ladies are at the counter talking about going food shopping and what they were gonna buy another lady was down near the rugs didn’t even acknowledge me and another lady was walking around no acknowledgement. My order didn’t arrive within the estimated time frame. Customer service at the Frankston store was terrible. Will never shop at Freedom again.
Very friendly staff and a good big selection of furniture.
Just wanted to commend Charlotte’s customer service and effort today. She went above and beyond compared to representatives that I’ve called at other stores and made the effort to get the rug I was after from Sydney, free delivery and more. Thank you!!
