We recently purchased a couch from Freedom Furniture that was not custom-made, with an advised delivery wait of approximately three weeks. Within 48 hours of placing the order, we found another option that was more suitable and available immediately. We called Freedom to cancel within that 48-hour window, but were told someone would call us back to process it. No one returned our call.
