We recently purchased a couch from Freedom Furniture that was not custom-made, with an advised delivery wait of approximately three weeks. Within 48 hours of placing the order, we found another option that was more suitable and available immediately. We called Freedom to cancel within that 48-hour window, but were told someone would call us back to process it. No one returned our call. Wonderful experience at Freedom Frankston today. Shopping for a new bed, base and bedding is a daunting task. Emily and Deb made it easy and helped me choose the best items for me in a very relaxed atmosphere. Was very encouraging to know that the mattress I ended up getting is the same as what Deb has had for 8 years and is now getting a King Size of the same one. Thanks ladies 🙂
