Unfortunately I won't be back to Freedom float centre. The owner chose to argue and blame my friend and I when an unfortunate misunderstanding occurred due to a strange system in place against customers accounts. Its too involved to go into here, but neither my friend or I, who are both business people, could understand the approach she took instead of offering a simple solution to rectify the issue. What an amazing experience! As a first timer I didn't know what to expect but I can assure you I left completely relaxed and with 'zen' mode activated. The icing on the proverbial cake was that it's now the next day and I have not experienced my relentless 'lower back pain' since my float (what an unexpected bonus!). Also could not fault the facilities - welcoming, clean, tidy and hygenic. 10/10
