Went and got a auto loan from this bank. The whole process was weird and I have waited over a month for my tags which they said I had to do thru them for the paperwork to be right. Also I had to pay them a FedEx fee so they could get the title and the check from the lien holder. Several emails and weeks later and I still do not have tags for a vehicle I bought over a month ago. If I could I would give them no stars. The customer service was the worse. I wanted to speak to a loan officer and they said I had one in front which was fine. The man went to the counter and started paying his credit card bill and then he said he had others he wanted to pay. The woman came out of her office and said when he is finished I will take him. Trying to get through to someone at the local branch is virtually impossible. Went through a lengthy automated "person" to only be transferred to a call center. What ever happened to personal customer service! Very frustrating! Just trying to open an account shouldn't be that hard!
Taking money out of my account every month I had $250 and I now have $9. Because it has a $9 fee every month.. come on I'm switching banks horrible
