I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Rachel Pruitt, Assistant Manager at Freedom First Credit Union’s Vinton location. Rachel went above and beyond to assist me during the purchase of a vehicle that was located out of state with a dealership I had never previously worked with. Went and got a auto loan from this bank. The whole process was weird and I have waited over a month for my tags which they said I had to do thru them for the paperwork to be right. Also I had to pay them a FedEx fee so they could get the title and the check from the lien holder. Several emails and weeks later and I still do not have tags for a vehicle I bought over a month ago.
