Freedom First employees have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. No longer sad the Daleville branch replaced my favorite donut shop!
The ladies here are so wonderful. Most of the time I opt to drive to this branch (even though I live closer to a different one) just for the great service.
Staff at Daleville Branch apparently not trained how to open a simple account for minor. I went 3 different times, saw 3 different tellers that said I needed one more form(different form each time). I never got past teller. I went down the road to First Citizen to open the same account immediately after leaving credit union and was taken into office and opened account with NO PROBLEM. I switched from major bank to local credit union (my mistake) to support our community. I will be changing my Personal as well as Business and... read more
