Worst experience paying off a vehicle ever. It’s been months - still no title. Car is now a total loss after being hit by a drunk driver and i am not even able to finalize with my insurance because this credit union has no idea what’s going on. I was told the title has been on the way by multiple credit union employees but no one bothered to finish the paperwork that would release the lien and actually print the title. Don’t waste your time with this credit union.
Marlin Reeves was awesome to work with and super helpful and kind. I came in looking to get a personal loan and he helped me by informing me I can consolidate my debt and get a lower interest rate!
Marlin Reeves was amazing and helped us with our loan questions. He was friendly, professional, and we left better off then we thought we would.
Just walked in to open an account. And was asked to come back later because the person who could help with that was going to To lunch shortly. Needless to say my first experience is not good at all!
The tellers give amazing customer service. But that is the only thing that I can say positive about freedom first credit union. Their lack of communication and the inability to speak with a person about an issue is obsolete. Horrible online service if you have an issue!!!! Update: I have edited this review to reflect that a bank representative has reached out to try and fix the problems. I appreciate the willingness to do that. Most places take a bad review and leave it at that.
