The tellers give amazing customer service. But that is the only thing that I can say positive about freedom first credit union. Their lack of communication and the inability to speak with a person about an issue is obsolete. Horrible online service if you have an issue!!!! Update: I have edited this review to reflect that a bank representative has reached out to try and fix the problems. I appreciate the willingness to do that. Most places take a bad review and leave it at that.

Marlin helped me setup my business account, is always available for me and helped me get a business loan when all other banks in Christiansburg told me no and it wasn’t possible. I am a lifetime member because of Marlin !
