My husband and I opened accounts at the Christiansburg office less than 2 months ago. We immediately began moving our direct deposits, and this week tried to set up Bill Pay to use those funds. That function repeatedly gives me an error message that the action is not allowed, with the option of calling the central number or going to a branch. Worst experience paying off a vehicle ever. It’s been months - still no title. Car is now a total loss after being hit by a drunk driver and i am not even able to finalize with my insurance because this credit union has no idea what’s going on. I was told the title has been on the way by multiple credit union employees but no one bothered to finish the paperwork that would release the lien and actually print the title. Don’t waste your time with this credit union.
Marlin Reeves was awesome to work with and super helpful and kind. I came in looking to get a personal loan and he helped me by informing me I can consolidate my debt and get a lower interest rate!
