I have been with Freedom First since I was child (44 here). The welcoming atmosphere of the offices when you come in and the ease of doing business is top notch. I recently refinanced my car with them and it was as painless as possible! I could have done it online or give to a different bank, but I had spoke with Vicki multiple times about it and felt very very comfortable with my decision and even more so because of my relationship with her. Banking with them for almost 11 years. Never had a problem getting them to answer the phone. Now I wait on hold over 30 minutes and end up hanging up. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Looking for a new credit union.
Ms. Vicki was super helpful, nice and courteous. I love my bank, everytime I needed help they were there for me. I've been with Freedom First for almost 20 years now.
Always a smile and a pleasure to deal with. Been a member since 1995 and have been happy with the service I receive.
