Banking with them for almost 11 years. Never had a problem getting them to answer the phone. Now I wait on hold over 30 minutes and end up hanging up. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Looking for a new credit union.
Ms. Vicki was super helpful, nice and courteous. I love my bank, everytime I needed help they were there for me. I've been with Freedom First for almost 20 years now.
Always a smile and a pleasure to deal with. Been a member since 1995 and have been happy with the service I receive.
