I’ve had an account with Freedom First for several years now. Yesterday morning I went to the ATM at the Crossroads location to get some money out before work. I attempted to take a certain amount out but told me the transaction was too large, I chose a smaller amount 3 times before taking the smallest amount I needed. I have been banking with freedom first for almost four years now. I’ve always had direct deposit and my money always went straight in. That is until recently I switched jobs and my new employer does not offer direct deposit. With the hours I worked by time I got off the branch was closed. Thought I could make a deposit through the ATM like you can at other banks and I was wrong.
