The downtown Roanoke branch is highly recommended due to the exceptional service provided by Chelita. Her friendly and knowledgeable demeanor creates a positive customer experience.
Quite possiblly the worst bank that uses " mob" like tactics to intimate people. Have you heard of " it only takes one bad apple to spoil the cart". Nothing more true here. They took my car load which was, with interest, 11,500$ for 4 years. To billing me almost 20k over 8 years. Just horrible...they will find a way to hurt your family..
I cannot speak more highly of branch manager Kelli Hinton! She recently helped my husband and I open a Home Equity Line of Credit, and not only was the process seamless, but she took the time to answer each of my 86,000 questions. Her customer service is top notch, and through her guidance, my family has financial stability and a clear path for moving forward. Highly recommend.
